After graduating from the CNA program at Excelsior Springs Job Corps, Mary continued her education at the University of Michigan-Flint and Mott Community College, where she studied nursing and science. She enjoys educating students and pushing them to reach their goals through Job Corps.

Prior to joining the team in 2020, Felicia earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and her master’s degree in public administration. She is a Flint, Mich., native and has served over 20 years with Genesee County. She finds joy in helping students make a difference in their lives on their way to success.
