These courses help students meet a series of career success standards focused on throughout their time on center. We also have several academic programs to help our students achieve their full potential.

GED/High School Diploma

One of our top goals at Wind River Job Corps is to ensure that every qualified student obtains his or her GED/high school diploma prior to leaving the center. Students who don't already have a high school diploma upon their arrival at Wind River Job Corps are automatically enrolled into our GED/high school program. Students who complete this program's core classes may participate in an online high school diploma program which is paid for by the center.

ELL Program

Students needing to learn English can enter our English Language Learning (ELL) program. Students in the ELL program are tested regularly by the Wyoming Student Assessment System test to determine their language proficiency levels.

College Program

The center is currently working on finalizing a partnership with Central Wyoming College to provide college courses as an advanced training program to students while on center. To qualify for this program, a student must have a high school diploma or GED (from our center or another educational facility) and have successfully completed a vocational trade at Job Corps.
